Judge Hammers Caleb Flynn with Life Without Parole, the Final Nail in His Coffin | Profiling Evil

An Ohio judge just sentenced Caleb Flynn to life in prison without the possibility of parole for the aggravated murder of his wife Ashley, the mother of his children. The court stacked consecutive time on top of that sentence, seven years on the firearm specifications and nine years on the evidence-tampering counts, all served before the life term even begins. That means Flynn will have 16 years to serve in prison before his life sentence begins. It seemed fitting and we’re going to go through the judge's sentencing comments in full, from her finding that Flynn poses the highest risk to the public, to her words about the children who were sleeping just feet away. And then we’re going to look at the question Flynn's daughter asked that no child should ever have to.
