Sl: V Ljubljanskem živalskem vrtu se je zjutraj zbrala skupina šolarjev.
En: At the Ljubljanski Zoo, a group of students gathered in the morning.

Sl: Jesensko sonce je sijalo skozi drevesne krošnje.
En: The autumn sun shone through the treetops.

Sl: Listje je bilo v živahnih odtenkih oranžne in rumene, in pod nogami šolarjev je prijetno šelestelo.
En: The leaves were in vibrant shades of orange and yellow, and they pleasantly rustled under the students' feet.

Sl: Vsi so bili navdušeni.
En: Everyone was excited.

Sl: To je bil dan šolskega izleta.
En: It was a school trip day.

Sl: Mateja je stala nekoliko zadaj.
En: Mateja stood a little behind.
