How Do You Cope With Trauma?

SEASON 5 EPISODE 26

  • Quotes of the Day: 'The Only Things I Regret, & the Only Things I'll Ever Regret are the things I Didn't Do. In the end, that's What we Mourn. The Paths we didn't. The People we didn't touch." In life we all have plans that hold us back because we doubt ourselves but in the end we'll regret not taking that leap of faith. Making Excuses & Procrastinating is what we do as humans but we need to start holding ourselves accountable and accept ourselves for who we are. So whatever is holding you back from taking that leap, Don't Let it Have Power Over Your Future.
  • 2nd Quote: "Respond Intelligently Even To Unintelligent Treatment" Has someone ever offended you, what about belittle you, or even try to degrade you. I bet you most likely responded in an unintelligent way NO WORRIES we've all done it before and some of us still do it. But how about we change how we respond and start to be unresponsive when it comes to unintelligent treatment.
