Welcome to the Season Finale of Mads World Season 5: Healing a Heartbreak!!! 50 episodes man! Thank you all so much for joining me on this journey to 50 eps of the pod.

There is, and always will be, so much to learn. So thank you for your patience as I learn along with you all, and thank you for giving me the space to make mistakes along the way. The way to change things is to educate in any way we can, and for me that has included acknowledging how very little I know and being open to learning from different people every week, from all walks of life.

We're all learning as we go, especially me. I'm doing my very best to say the right thing all the time, which I think we all do, and we all know how challenging it is navigating the constantly changing landscapes that are sexuality, dating, relationships and love.This week I am joined by Florence Barkway, YouTube sensation of Come Curious, podcast host of Fucks Given, and her latest release, Love High.

In this episode, Florence and I unpick why heartbreak is so difficult, the universal feels we all experience following a heartbreak, tangible advice, blocking or unfollowing an ex, and how to stay hopeful in the face of pain and uncertainty.

This is a really personal episode for me, so I hope you enjoy listening as much as I found it healing to share and hopefully to help anyone going through it at the moment.
