It's strange because of the very short window of time in which little William goes missing. William was three years old when he was last seen. He was playing outside with his sister. Before fleeing he shot all six ladies. Despite police arriving on the scene within minutes of the 911 call the killer managed to get away. Police have spent millions of dollars trying to catch this man. Was this a robbery gone very bad or are there bigger motives at play?
