Twenty-year-old Tiffany Sessions is a junior at the University of Florida studying economics and getting excited to get her life started. Neighbors alert the fire department that 510 Sarah St in Stroudsburg PA was on fire and Edward, Christine and four-month-old Julie Louise were inside.The first responders found 23-year-old Christine barely alive on the kitchen floor. They found Julie Louise not breathing only a few feet away from her mother. Numerous searches in the house and surrounding areas were held but Edward Maps was never found. The District Attorney named Edward a wanted man for arson and murder. The FBI put him on the FBI's Ten Most Wanted List. But in 1995, the case is reopened.
