Operation Frankton

Operation Frankton

In December 1942, Herbert 'Blondie' Hasler's men were aiming for the occupied port of Bordeaux - with just canoes, mines and grenades. James Holland and Al Murray discuss one of the most famous - but possibly hare-brained - missions of the entire Second World War.
