Happy day to all our Vegetarian and Vegan snackers out there! We are here to see you and celebrate you and give you more ideas of yummy snacks food you can eat -- a lot of those snacks being Sneaky Veges if you know what we're saying! (Food that doesn't seem to be vegan or vegetarian but IS!) A reminder to all our other snackers out there, vegan means no animal product whatsoever. Vegetarians are good with the eggs and milk.
