Happy National Tortilla Chip Day! It's a weird holiday but we are fully celebrating. We weren't sure we could talk about tortilla chips for a full episode but we proved ourselves wrong! We have to thank our new bestie Rebecca Webb Carranza for inventing the tortilla chip in 1940s in LA. She's been widely credited as the founder of this historical chip when she cut up a batch of misshapen tortillas & fried them for a party with friends. (We are very sad we missed the invite to this party.)
