Resident pop culture expert, Xochi, and struggling PhD student, Siri, take you through the what? Why? And how? Of relationship research and what that means for your non-scientifically researched relationships.

All of this research is coming out all the time, but academic literature can be intimidating and difficult to connect to “real life”. So let us do it for you!

Siri will tell us all about what research is taking the psychology world by a storm! On today’s episode, she will tell us all about sleep and relationships. Does co-sleeping help or hurt sleep quality? Could cuddling be the solution to your insomnia?

After hearing the research and evidence for or against sleeping with a partner, Xochi will baselessly speculate on people we do not know; celebrities!! Today Xoch will be discussing the many couples who have made the decision to sleep separately, and have Siri rate their set-ups.
