Motions were heard to vacate the gag order in this case, by the Media Coalition and the Goncalves family attorney. Kohberger’s defense team also filed a motion to ban cameras in the courtroom. Additionally, there have been an alarming number of false rumors surrounding this case that have no basis in reality that we have to address!
