Jack Eichel done for the season. Who will be the fourth team in for each division?

A handful of players will be out for varying amounts of time. Jack Eichel's season is over and will need surgery due to a neck injury. Ben Bishop and Alexander Radulov of the Dallas Stars will also miss the remainder of the season due to injuries and Colorado Avalanche goalie Philipp Grubauer will enter the league's COVID protocol.
