Olli Hoare, 1500m Olympic Finalist and of Coffee Club Podcast fame chats with Brady, during his brief visit to run and win the 1500m Open Title at the 2022 Track and Field National Championships, which was easier than his previous visits home during the pandemic. Olli recounts the tactics for his first national championships, taking in feedback after World Indoor Championships in Serbia where he finished 5th and taking the victory and enjoying a title in the 1500m.
