Though we all come from different backgrounds and realities, we are all dreamers. No matter the hardships faced or the obstacles thrown in our way, that doesn’t mean we should be cruel and harsh to ourselves. We can dream multiple dreams even when we can only realize them one at a time.

Today we welcome Barrett Pall to Almost Adulting! Barrett is a humanitarian and professional life coach to CEOs of fortune 500 companies, celebrities, Middle Eastern Royalty, and everyday incredible humans - because that is what we all are. Today's episode is opened by a conversation about Barrett finding his voice through the trials and tribulations of his life, which led him to become a major advocate for the LGBTQ community and underprivileged communities. Based on his life experiences, Barrett explains how he was always a dreamer and teaches tools to help practice constant gratitude and mental awareness, regardless of how dark the world may seem at times. Finally, the duo discusses why setting boundaries for yourself especially when using social media is a must, the importance of taking care of yourself so you are able to take care of others, and how we always have a choice of how we approach life and our dreams.
