The Business of PT - Jacko aka David Jackson

Through his own recovery process, Jacko discovered the transformative power of breath work and its connection to brain health. This realisation led him to establish a highly successful and specialised breath coaching business, carving out a unique niche in the industry.

During our conversation, Jacko shares three invaluable insights that he believes can benefit fellow personal trainers:

2) Embracing opportunities with a willingness to learn and adapt, while also learning to gracefully decline when necessary.
