Colonel Nightingale is a “Special Operations legend” he served two tours in Vietnam with Airborne and Ranger units. He commanded airborne battalions in both the 509th and 82nd airborne. He received four Bronze Stars for Valor, the Vietnamese Medal of Honor, and is a member of the Ranger Hall of Fame.
