#9 The intuitive and the rational - Aleksandra Vancevska

Aleksandra Vancevska, PhD is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at The Francis Crick Institute in London where she is investigating DNA damage response in search of next-generation chemotherapeutics in the laboratory of Dr. Simon Boulton. A word that is a driving force in her life is curiosity, and that drive has taken her places she could never imagine visiting. As a world-leading biomedical researcher she is passionate about science and rational thought and how can we use it to make our lives more pragmatic. As a yoga teacher, dancer, and trainee psychotherapist she is interested in the intuitive, the creative, the expressive and how can we use that to make our lives richer.
