The Spiritually Deviant Narcissist - (The Darkness Within)

When a person shows you who they are, believe them..this famous quote is so true. We oftentimes don’t want to accept the fact that a narcissist’s behaviour deviates so much from normal human expectations and experiences. Unfortunately a true narcissist is devoid of empathy, and introspection/accountability and the false mask presented to the world often leads to cognitive dissonance in the narcissist’s target. This coupled with a normal human beings desire to forgive and empathise can lead directly to personal negative consequences when believing the best of a narcissist.
