Keynote speaker and Youth coach Simerjeet Singh brings to you the #CoachOnCampus series that was shot at DAV Institute of Engineering and Technology, Jalandhar early this year. In this series of inspiring audios packed with high energy and contagious enthusiasm, Simerjeet Singh motivates students to break through self-limiting beliefs and achieve their highest potential.

One of the questions that came from students was on why everyone keeps believing that staying in India is of no consequence and that one must look at greener pastures abroad.

Simerjeet Singh helps students understand the intent behind one's desire to go abroad. Herd mentality is one pothole that everyone must and should avoid. In order to look for better prospects, one must first understand one's goal in life and then build plans around that goal.

Sometimes we don't realize that grass was greener on our side of the fence. In pursuit of greener pastures, we set out on unplanned journeys inspired by peers and friends and could end up getting confused, demotivated and disappointed in life. To avoid this, one must go within and understand what it is that we want to do in our lives - do we want to become a great programmer, do we want to explore sustainable development, do we want to get into fashion designing - and accordingly, if Paris is the heart of fashion and that's where your plans take you, that's where you should go. By having a plan. and a goal, you will be able to deconstruct all challenges and taste success.
