Naomi Schwartz from the University of Toronto discusses her research into the systemic barriers to food access, purchasing, and preparation for people with mobility disabilities. Her research debunks commonly held myths and encourages us to think about the relationship between place and questions of food security. This is the November 14, 2020 episode.
