This episode we are offering something a little different! We join with Capes on the Couch and Guardians MH to discuss access to mental health in part 1 of a two part episode. Listen while the Mental Health Avengers discuss the Age of Access. We discuss some of the current barriers to the mental health system as well as frustrations for us as practitioners. We are hoping to help identify solutions and options to Mental Health treatment. We will have a part 2 coming out next week where we discuss solutions as well as coping skills we are using as mental health practitioners.
