Jesus, Faith Healing, & Embodying Christ

Joining me this week is Yolanda Reynolds, a believer who endeavors to live, love, and heal as Christ did. She uses the healing promises found in the holy scriptures as a foundation or contract to heal the sick and in some cases raise the dead. We also dive into Christianity, what her healing powers mean, and how she navigates that through this life, women's role in religion, and Jesus. Although I'm a big believer in Christ, this is new to me so join me as we learn together.

In this episode, I share:

  • [1:48] How Yolanda is after 'Christ-like Living'
  • [5:48] Yolanda shares her story of how she became a Faith Healer
  • [9:40] She describes the energy she feels when she uses her gifts
  • [11:25] How she's continued to use her gifts from a young girl to today
  • [19:55] How Yolanda turned away from her purpose to pursue her wants in her life
  • [22:33] Yolanda explains 'Authority' and how we all have it
  • [23:22] We are all created in the image of God, which makes us Christ-like
  • [28:50] Habits & daily practices Yolanda has developed to connect with Christ
  • [33:45] Yolanda's view on women in religion and how they were represented then and how she views how they are represented now.
  • [36:37] An expression of Christ through Yolanda
  • [37:51] An opportunity to heal can look like an inconvenience
  • [42:00] The things we are most resistant to can be the things we need
  • [45:18] Yolanda shares a few stories of how she has raised the dead
  • [49:21] Everyone has abilities but we choose how we connect with them based on our faith
  • [51:52] I share why this episode was special to me
