Kori Gordon is an accredited life coach, BodyTalk practitioner, Reiki practitioner, and hypnotherapist. She is the owner of the Natural Elements Wellness Centre in Brandon City, Manitoba. Before opening the Natural Elements Wellness Centre in 2019, Kori operated a small business, Finding You, while working as a credit manager for the Heritage Co-Op and a mortgage specialist for the Sunrise Credit Union. Kori graduated from Brandon University with a major in Psychology and a minor in Business.

Kori joins me today to share how she became a life coach and hypnotherapist after a career in finance and working as a credit manager. She describes how she began her journey in energy therapy with Reiki and other healing modalities. She explains what float therapy and halo therapy are and outlines their physical, emotional, and mental benefits.
