The Postal Service Inspector General is reviewing Postmaster General Louis DeJoy’s controversial policy changes and his compliance with federal ethics rules. DeJoy made some disruptive changes like eliminating overtime and slowing some mail delivery. Democrats are accusing DeJoy of trying to disrupt mail-in-voting in the November election, which he has denied. President Trump has also said he’s holding up funding for the USPS because he doesn’t want to see it used for mail-in-voting. Jena Griswold is the Secretary State of Colorado and is in charge of overseeing the state’s elections.
