Welcome to politically correct Frank, I am host, Fundamental Frank who is gonna depart from my normal ranting style to something more mellow. As several have heard, this past weekend I attended a Rex Defense Seminar in Denver. I saw it while prepping for the Gathering, and decided, why not, attend the seminar. So I did and wanted to post my thoughts but presented as constructive criticism. No harm, no foul right, all in the right mindset. So if you are curious as to my take on a rex defense seminar, here you are, my thoughts. Not too hard, not too soft, hopefully just right to get the concept across through the radio.
