Sonia was overweight her entire life, beginning as a little girl. Her doctor discovered she had high insulin and told her she’d always struggle with her weight.

Sonia went on to try countless diets and diet pills, which would result in temporary weight loss and then more weight gain. With the pandemic of 2020 and a move to the UK, Sonia reached 230 pounds. Desperate to lose weight, in July of 2022 she had gastric sleeve surgery.

She found IF and Fast Feast Repeat through an internet search. Sonia has lost 70 pounds and is at peace with her body and loves what she sees in the mirror.
