Colleen Ritzer devoted her life to her career as a high school math teacher. She was adored by her students, friends and family. October 22nd, 2013 started out as an ordinary school day at Danvers High school in Massachusetts. Colleen even wore purple for “Buddy Day” to match her favorite teacher and friend at school. Terry Neely was a 46 year old disabled man from Phoenix, Arizona. He lived in an assisted living facility, and was well liked in the community. Unfortunately Terry’s desire to make friends and talk to people in the neighborhood lured him into one of the most heinous crimes the police had ever seen.  It’s hard to believe the lack of remorse his killer had. Mary Johnson (also known as Mary Davis) was last seen almost one year ago, on November 25th of 2020. Since that date, very little information is known as what what happened to her. Last seen walking with a man en route to a friend’s house, Mary never made it there. Mary’s case captures an example of the lack of information and coverage on the cases of murdered and missing Indigenous women. Ashley Loring Heavyrunner had big plans for her future. She was smart, kind hearted, and passionate about helping others.  June 5th of 2017 was the last time that Ashley’s family heard from her. Since that day, it’s as if Ashley had vanished.  Ashley’s family continues to search for her with very few leads or answers.
