McGowan is a trained observer, investigator, and veteran of the United States Air Force. He built what Luis Elizondo called the “world’s first mobile UAP tracker” – the O.S.I.R.I.S. (Off-road Scientific Investigation & Response Informatics System.) He is heavily embedded into the UFO / UAP community and appeared on History Channel’s “Unidentified: Inside America’s UFO Investigation.” His research and growth journey in the UAP community started in 1995 when he witnessed a still unknown event while deployed with the United States Air Force in Jordan. Jeremy guarded what is thought to have been a recovered nuclear device when he saw a UAP exhibiting extreme flight characteristics that appeared non-conformant with the current known laws of flight and physics. Not accepting the generational information drip of declassification without explanation from the US Government, Jeremy created his own UAP tracker, which utilizes, as its backbone, a SkyHub ( www.skyhub.org ) unit in conjunction with a multitude of other scientific data measurement devices. In 1977, the people of the locality reported terrifying encounters with numerous UFOs including tales of being paralyzed, abducted, burned, and allegations of disappearances of people and animals. Local residents claimed that scars on their bodies were caused by the lights in the sky, and named the lights "Chupa Chupa" (literally Sucker-Sucker). Believing it would keep the lights away, residents of Colares organized night vigils, lit fires, and ignited fireworks. Mayor José Ildone Favacho Soeiro requested help from the Air Force. The operation was commanded by Captain Uyrangê Bolivar Soares Nogueira de Hollanda Lima. During late 1977, several pictures of lights were recorded but the military made statements to the effect that they remained skeptical. After approximately four months, the operation was closed.In 1997, two decades after the operation, Captain Uyrangê gave a shocking interview to Brazilian Ufologists Ademar José Gevaerd, and Marco Antônio Petit. During the startling interview, Uyrangê recounted his experiences of the missions to investigate the UFOs in Colares. Three months after the interview, he was found dead in his home "after he seemingly hung himself using the belt of his bathrobe". What is the truth..?? Lue Elizondo is the former Senior Counterintelligence Officer for the Department of Defense, and ex-Director of the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program. Being primarily focused on secretive investigations of Unidentified Aerial Phenomena ( UAPs ) more commonly known as Unidentified Flying Objects ( UFOs ) the classified program first garnered the attention of the public on December 16, 2017, when the world was stunned by an article published by the NY Times publication entitled "Glowing Auras and 'Black Money'. The program was initiated in 2007, with an approved budget of $22 million to be used until 2012 when the program would either cease, or request further budget appropriations. The Department of Defense reported that the program indeed ended in 2012 after a working period of 5 years. Since leaving the AATIP program, Mr. Elizondo has made it a personal crusade to get over many obstacles and hurdles in order to pursue continued research and investigations into the mystery of the UFOs that have buzzed US Navy Carrier Strike groups around the world, flown with impunity into restricted air space, interacted with sensitive National Defense assets, and traversed trans-medium environments such as Space, the Oceans, and the Skies around the globe. Mr. Elizondo began working with an organization founded in 2011 by the musician Tom DeLonge of the music band Blink-182, known as "To The Stars Academy of Arts & Science" where he was joined by other high ranking ex-Government consultants and officials, such as Dr. Hal Puthoff, who directed a CIA/DIA-funded program at SRI International to investigate paranormal abilities, and Chris Mellon, who was the former Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Intelligence in the Clinton and George W. Bush Administrations, and later in a capacity for Security and Information Operations, and also formerly served as the Staff Director of the United States Senate Select Committee on Intelligence.
