223. Sam & Lola in LA LA LAND: Behind the scenes of the feature film - Senior Year

Holy smokes! First up; welcome to the first ever episode of Sam and Lola in LA LA Land.

We’re two Aussie’s living and working in the entertainment industry in Los Angeles. Sam’s a genius producer and Lola’s training in acting, improv and TV hosting, hoping to catch a lucky break in here in LA! In this series we share with you an unfiltered look, the highs and the lows, of working in tinsel town.

Over this 8-part special series we are going to be talking about being on the ground, working, training and turning dreams into a reality here in La La Land.

From the highs of host producing the BAFTAS in London to the lows of terrible auditions with no call backs. To working on feature films to back stage at talk shows and loads more. We’re going to share it all here.

In this first episode were talking all things Senior Year! Spoiler alert; if you haven’t seen it already, put your phone down, pause this pod and go and watch it! it’s unreal and we’re unpacking so many parts of this wonderful film here.

Sam worked on this Number 1 Netflix film in America, on a legit a Hollywood movie! Get ready for all the behind the scenes magic as Sam takes us through scene prep, script changes, wardrobe, locations, stunts and much more as we get a glimpse into what it takes to make a Hollywood movie.

You’ll even get to hear what it was like to go to the cast and crew screening which happens a few weeks before the movie is officially out, I got to go as Sam’s plus one.
