Our guest today is Professor Greg Jackson, best known as the creator, host, and head writer of the US history podcast, History That Doesn't Suck. Each episode, the professor brings you the basics of what an American should, but possibly doesn't, know (or has forgotten) about history.

Full disclosure, he told us we could call him Greg, but we kept calling him Professor. There's also nothing more embarrassing than making a gaffe in front of a legit academic, so please listen as I try to lean into my mistake...
