Karin Ellis does important work by assisting new immigrants and refugees to adjust to the work culture in Norway. She is also active in volunteer work for Ukraine.

Karin is the founder and CEO of ELLIS CULTURE (https://ellisculture.com/en/ & https://www.facebook.com/EllisCulture). She works towards helping newcomers to Norway succeed by explaining the social norms and expectations within the Norwegian social environment and employment culture.

Karin also engages in nonprofit work in support of the people of Ukraine.
