Our guest today is Betty Riley. Betsy has worked with Atlanta Magazine in various capacities for more than 20 years, becoming Editor in Chief in 2017. In 2022, the magazine was recognized as the"Best City and Regional Magazine" in the country by Folio Magazine and was recently nominated for General Excellence by the American Society of Magazine Editors. Betsy has served on the board of the Atlanta Press Club and was formerly a regular contributor to local NPR affiliate WABE. In 2015 she launched a quarterly shelter magazine, Atlanta Magazine's HOME, which remains her favorite project.
