Welcome to our mini series on Run Basics. This is going to be short (typically 5-10 minute) segments on some basic information related to running. This will include Info on running related injuries, training tips/errors, shoe basics, and more. Today's episode goes into the common training error of drastic changes to "training volume". These short episodes are adapted from videos that Nathan created for his running specialty clinic (Point Forward Physical Therapy) in Stevens Point, WI.
