A huge part of Putin's internal "State of the Union" message was focused on the economic aspects and consisted of two things. The first is lies about the current economic situation in Russia, the second is unrealistic promises for the future. New RosStat and Military production data indicates that Russia has truly reached the peak of its defense capabilities and will no longer be able to increase them. An emergency ban on the export of gasoline - is a consequence of the effective attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Russian fuel infrastructure.
