Keith Thompson: The UFO Paradox

Armando Mei is researcher in pre-dynastic Egyptology, born in Turin in 1967. He worked on many research projects that were the seed for his first book (italian version): "36.420 a.C - Le Piramidi Satellite ed il Codice Segreto" with a Preface by Ph.D. Lloyd Knutson (Entomologist-Scientist). In scientific terms, the book describes a revolutionary discovery about one of the possible functions of the Pyramids of Giza and provides a clearer meaning to the Papyrus of Turin (Royal Canon) with its long list of Gods, which ruled Egypt since 36.000 BC. With Graham Hancock, Robert Bauval, Jean Paul Bauval, Robert Schoch, Andrew Collins, he was speaker at International Conference on Ancient Studies, Zayed University, Dubai in 2010. He wrote several articles about the quests on Ancient Civilizations, specifically about their scientific knowledges. In 2011, he published his second book (italian version): "Oltre le Nebbie del Tempo" in which he explains the discovery of the monument connected to Sirius; and in 2013, his third book (italian version): "La Porta del Cielo", he describes the alchemical process originated in the chambers of the Great Pyramid, inscribed in an ancient book “Rosarium Philosophorum”. In 2012, he published two researches on the Pyramids of Visoko (Bosnia): 1) Astronomical correlation between monuments and the Arch of Orion, fixed in 36,420 BC; 2) Investigation on Enigmatic stone found in Ravne Tunnel, reproducing an ancient astronomical map much more older than 100,000 years ago. In October 2013, co-authored by Semir Osmanagich, the book (italian version): "Visoko: La Scienza occulta delle Piramidi". The book tells about last discoveries in the Bosnian Valley. In 2014, the latest book: “Il Segreto degli Dèi”, he proposed the last results of his researches, he tells about the uncovering of the Original Project of Giza. In 2016 he co-authored the book “Unveiling the ancient mysteries”, publisher Ancient Origins. John Anthony West (July 9, 1932 – February 6, 2018) was an American author, lecturer, guide, and a proponent of the Sphinx water erosion hypothesis. His early career was as a copywriter in Manhattan and as a science fiction writer. He received a Hugo Award Honorable Mention in 1962.In 1993, his controversial work with geologist Robert M. Schoch was presented by Charlton Heston in an NBC special called The Mystery of the Sphinx. This won West a News & Documentary Emmy Award for Best Research and a nomination for Best Documentary. The documentary contends that the main type of weathering evident on the Great Sphinx and surrounding enclosure walls could only have been caused by prolonged and extensive rainfall during the time period from 10,000 to 5000 BCE and was carved out of limestone bedrock by an ancient advanced culture (such as the Heavy Neolithic Qaraoun culture). This challenged the conventional dating of the carving of the statue circa 2500 BCE. Hello. My name is Bibhu Dev Misra. I am a graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur and the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kolkata, and have been working as an Information Technology consultant for more than 15 years. I spent a number of years working in the UK and the US, for various multinational organizations, including the World Bank and the United Nations, before returning back to India.I am now settled in Kolkata with my family, and working on a start-up venture. My primary passion, however, is exploring and writing about the mysteries of the past. Over the past decade and a half, I have read the works of a number of writers - Graham Hancock, Michael Cremo, Adrian Snodgrass, Joseph Campbell, Walter Cruttenden, Subhash Kak, David Frawley, to name just a few - and have been inspired by their researches to seek answers to a large body of mysterious knowledge left behind by our ancestors in the form of sacred texts, inexplicable artifacts, awe-inspiring architecture, cryptic symbols, and fantastic myths and legends. Richard D. Hansen is an American archaeologist and adjunct professor of anthropology at the University of UtahHansen is a noted specialist on the ancient Maya civilization and directs the Mirador Basin Project, which investigates a circumscribed geological and cultural area known as the Mirador Basin in the northern Petén, Guatemala.[1][2] He has previously held positions at the University of California, Los Angeles and Idaho State University where he was awarded the Idaho State University Distinguished Achievement Award (2009). He is also the founder and president of the Foundation for Anthropological Research and Environmental Studies (FARES) which is a 501 (c) (3) non profit scientific charitable organization formed in 1996 which seeks to: (1) conduct multidisciplinary investigations of the Mirador Basin region of northern Guatemala; (2) Conduct extensive conservation and preservation programs of both the cultural and environmental heritage of Guatemala; (3) Provide literacy, educational, and vocational training opportunities and provide for the economic development of impoverished communities in northern Guatemala. His work has been featured in 31 film documentaries and was the principal consultant for the movie Apocalypto (Mel Gibson) (Hansen 2012a), CBS Survivor Guatemala, and National Geographic's The Story of God with Morgan Freeman.
