ANTON SILAYEV Scouting Report | Prospect Spotlight

In this episode of the Prospect Spotlight series, our scouts take a half-hour deep dive into the game of a 6'7" LD who skates like the wind and closes his gaps with ferocious aggression: Anton Silayev! First, they introduce the player with his profile, statistical production, and his trifecta of puck skills: shooting, passing, and handling. Next, they shift their attention to his habits, tools, and toolkit. Last, they debate Silayev's projection at the NHL level from both stylistic and statistical perspectives, before capping off the episode by looking at which NHL teams would be the best fit for him.
