welcome to episode 6!!! this week we had friend of the podcast Harvey Nelson on the show! Harvey is a very cool guy that is just awesome to be around and chat with, so it was great to be able to have him on. welcome to episode 5!!! this week we are very lucky to have on Leah Falland - an incredibly well spoken lady who also happens to be our teammate at OAC. this is coming off a year where she ran her first PB in the steeplechase since 2016 and has set herself up for many successful years to come. the episode takes on a more "interview" style start rather then our usual nonsense, but I think that it is very enjoyable nonetheless. we cover a bunch of interesting topics, and get around to answering a few of the Q&A questions. thank you to everyone who sent some in and keep them coming! we hope to continue to answer them each week. hope you guys enjoy!
