On this episode, we explore the idea of over-exertion from various angles and how we are using our minds incorrectly. We are in such a rush to achieve, see growth happening in our lives, fix ourselves, figure out what to do next etc. that we are unnecessarily over exerting our energy and our minds.

Jenna clarifies what ‘energy type’ means and how we can use that information to get more aligned and achieve what we want to achieve in life.
