Jamie has done just about everything there is to do in Hollywood. He's had highs and lows, and throughout it all, he has stuck with standup. We talk about what it is that keeps him coming back to standup, and what place he would like to hold in the standup community.

We also chat politics and Hollywood cultures vs religious culture. Jamie explains what bothers him about the current political culture, what drives him crazy about Hollywood, and where organized religion falls short.

Jamie and I also discuss Mormonism. Jamie gets deep in his own beliefs and personal experiences. He reminisces about shows he has done in Utah and a film he worked on there. He asks about my views on premarital sex, which leads to a discussion that captures the goals I have for this podcast: to find commonalities and laugh about our differences.
