David Earl Miller

David Earl Miller was a drifter who dabbled in drugs and alcohol. In 1981, Miller was accused of brutally murdering a young woman named Lee Standifer in Knoxville, Tennessee. He was ultimately convicted and sentenced to die by electric chair for the horrific crime.
