The Lynching of Timothy Coggins

In rural Georgia, a 23 year old black man named Timothy Coggins, was targeted because he was dating a white woman. He is lured away from a night club and discovered days later having brutally been lynched. The local police department did little to investigate. Years later, the cold case lands on the desk of a GBI agent who vows to bring justice to Coggins' family.
