Leroy Willis "Sprout" Young was a career criminal who loved hillbilly songs. His favorite was "Rattlesnake Daddy" which he often sang around bars and roadhouses in Knoxville, Tennessee-even claiming he'd written the song. Sprout was also a ladies man.
