Jeremiah Brent is an interior designer and the founder of Jeremiah Brent Design. In 2006, at age 15, Chanel won third place in the Ford Models Supermodel of the World contest and signed with Ford shortly after. Marissa Vosper is the co-founder of the cult-favorite intimates brand Negative Underwear. She studied political science and Spanish in college and started off her career in brand consulting. Vosper worked at two prestigious global branding agencies, learning the ins and outs of building a successful brand identity. But after eight years in the industry, she knew it wasn’t where she wanted to stay. She and her college friend—and eventual co-founder—Lauren Schwab began to think: What if they could pursue careers in fashion, an industry they had always loved but never felt was accessible or possible for them? They began taking classes at the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) and soon realized that the lingerie industry was ripe for disruption. After four years of research and development, they launched Negative Underwear in 2014—a line of high-quality, minimalist intimates without all the bells and whistles that were popular at the time. The brand was an instant hit; their first run sold out in two weeks. Over the last 10 years, Marissa has grown the brand without any outside investment, expanding into new categories like sleepwear and loungewear.

Tiffany Lopinsky is the co-founder and chief operating officer of ShopMy, the groundbreaking tech company that is the preeminent platform used by content creators to share and monetize their product recommendations. Lopinsky studied government at Harvard, where she launched Boston Foodies, an Instagram account showcasing the city's best restaurants. The account grew to over 150,000 followers, giving her firsthand insight into the world of content creation. After graduation, she worked in business strategy and analytics at Arnold Worldwide, a global ad agency, and Popcart, a small start-up. At Popcart, she met her future co-founder, Harry Rein, who was working on a little side project—an online storefront where you can share products you like—and sought her advice. Eventually, they teamed up with another co-founder, Chris Tinsley, to create ShopMy. The platform launched in 2020 and quickly became invaluable to both creators and brands through its sophisticated affiliate network. Lopinsky and her co-founders have continued to refine and expand the platform, creating new programs that allow creators to have a steady income from brands and helping brands connect with creators who genuinely care about their products. Last month, they announced a $77.5 million Series B funding round, allowing them to expand into new markets and categories.

Albert Ayal is the founder of Up Next Designer, an influential Instagram account highlighting the most exciting emerging designers in fashion. Ayal got his start in fashion PR, and in 2019, he opened an Instagram account to help him keep tabs on all of the new designers he was finding. Soon, he began to gain traction and followers; he had a keen eye for new talent, and people were eager for an injection of something new. Ayal also used his PR skills to advocate for these designers, connecting them with stylists, celebrities, and other resources to grow their brands. Today, the account has over 500,000 followers and is a huge source of education, information, and inspiration.
