The rising cost of living and the effect on holidays

We don't have to tell you twice: Life is getting more expensive. Fuel, energy, the weekly shop and general day-to-day living costs are all on the rise. But what impact is this having on tourism businesses?

Keith asks Matt about his experience as a motorhome hire business and camping shop owner. Is there really a slowdown? Are people changing their spending habits?

Matt looks into his crystal ball to see what this summer might look like for holidaymakers and tourism. For some families, a foreign holiday may be unaffordable, with the UK camping holiday as their chosen alternative.

Matt also speaks with Becky, a mum of 2 boys who regularly takes to the road with her caravan and kids whilst leaving dad at home. Becky, who you can find on Twitter @caravanolgy, is a real campaigner wishing to inspire mums to get out there and travel!
