The two discussed the importance of growing your business to the right scale. What Do You Need to Focus on As You Scale? Crista says there are four factors to consider: Strategy, Planning, Systems and Team. One common problem is that when things are not working well, many companies assume they need to add more people. Yet the real problem could be something else: they don’t have the right systems in place. And if they pause and simplify, many companies find they can stretch their people a bit further and align them with roles that will get more from the business. So the first step is to clarify your vision, so you engage in activities that are directionally correct.
