#28: “Embracing the Taboo” with Colette Pervette (SEASON FINALE)

In the *season finale* of “Love, Lust & Magick”, we are wandering into the world of BDSM, commercial dungeons, kink as healing and so much more with the legendary and incomparable pro-Domme Colette Pervette. In this episode, Colette shares about her journey into the world of kink while in grad school, what it was like to find this part of herself, and how she shares her nearly 20-years of experience with the women she teaches in “Mistress Class”. Gabriela and Colette talk about the initiation of coming out as a sex worker to your parents, and Colette gives Gabriela some guidance on her journey to do so (spoiler alert- this happens for Gabriela sooner than anticipated). Colette shares about her philosophy around kink as a need for us to find equilibrium, before the two bond over Colettes work with her cohort of Dommes called “Mistress Class”- where a new generation of Mistresses are trained in the art, energy, and awareness of BDSM. This conversation is vulnerable, honest, real, and a look into what it’s like carving your own path, one that may not always be easy to move through, but that will always be deliciously perverted.
