John guides us through his journey in serving his country and his transition from British Army PT instructor to being on the frontlines during the Gulf War. John Gibbons was born and raised in the U.K. where he completed his studies in Osteopathy at Oxford Brookes University. John’s love for being outdoors and sports led him down the path of becoming a PT trainer in the British Army. From there he found a passion for helping those who had experienced injury and furthered his skills by studying many different forms of body healing practices.

John is a soldier turned healer and has authored multiple books about the body, helping people from around the world to overcome their physical pain.
