#32 Its ok to not be ok

Violet from California is a young 17 year old life coach focusing on teen development and mental health. Her mission and vision is to create change and see the happiness and strength and trust in the wider youth world. At such a young age she was certified as a coach, and after her parents getting divorced, and experiencing her mothers depression, she remembers looking at herself in the mirror and thinking she was the ugliest girl in the world. She explains how important talking and communication is in order to expose your thoughts and feelings. To heal you must move the emotions and release the pressure and energy from within.
