The Power of Reiki in Coaching | Ep. 184

On today’s episode, Ashley shares a beautiful download she received after a powerful Reiki attunement for the current round of students in the Quantum Coaching Academy (QCA). Reiki has been a huge part of Ashley’s healing journey and is infused throughout her transformational work with students and clients.
In case this is your first time hearing about it, Reiki is a universal life force energy. Being certified in this healing practice allows each individual to be attuned to a higher frequency of energy. Practitioners become a vessel to channel Reiki energy through their body, hands, being, and spirit. Ultimately, they open the intuitive channels of the receiver.
We are all born with this gift of inner guidance, Your spiritual gifts have always been with you. They are not outside your access or influence, and with practice, you can learn to use your intuition as your life’s compass.
“The energy is always coming through. And so, when you are ready, the teacher will appear. When you are ready, the energy will open.”
All relationships are energetic, even the relationships we have with ourselves and our spiritual gifts.
Being open and trusting yourself + your own channel are fundamental parts of your journey as a coach, healer, and powerful space holder in service of others.
