On today’s episode, Ashley is beyond excited to be joined by two beautiful souls, Jenna Teague and Bre Byrd, to kick off the show’s first ever Jenna and Bre are the proud co-creators of Allyship In Action, which began as a one-time training in the Quantum Coaching Academy and has now expanded into a training and certification program designed to support coaches, healers, and entrepreneurs in stepping into Proactive Allyship. Through their amazing work in the world, Jenna and Bre demonstrate how allyship can and should be a proactive practice for all businesses that aim to create affirming spaces for LGBTQIA+ individuals.
“You want to be a safer space. You want to be an ally. Start asking yourself, what are my biases? What are the boxes I'm putting myself in, putting others in, putting my children in, and putting my clients in? Start with you and expand it outward.”
BAM fam, this is an invitation for us to go inward and be in integrity with our commitment to elevate human consciousness and break the stigma of what society has taught to be the “normal” way of doing things.
